Gate Valves
Our core product, PVFF design and manufacture standard wedge gate valves as well as Through Conduit gate valves. All valves supplied with certificates and with or without NDE as required by the end user and/or per the requirements of its design standard.
Wedge gate valves can be supplied with a flexible wedge and all valves can be fitted with actuators, locking devices, position indicators or even limit switches. Through Conduit Gate valves are offered as metal or soft seated, Firesafe design with all the accessories available for wedge gate valves.
Valves can be supplied with all end connections, Weld, threaded, flanged or Hub and in bonnet types of bolted, pressure seal or welded.
Ball Valves
PVFF design and manufacture both Floating & Trunnion mounted ball valves with all end connections, Weld, threaded, flanged, wafer or Hub. They can be side entry, top entry, 1pc, 2pc or 3pc, Fully Firesafe, anti-static in either soft seated or metal seated for high temperature or abrasive service.
All valves are supplied with fully traceable certificates and with or without NDE as required by the end user and/or per the requirements of its design standard. All Ball valves can be supplied with a standard round ball or a V-ball for control use. All valves can be fitted with actuators, locking devices, Spring return levers, Gears, Stem extensions for lagging or Cryogenic use, position indicators or even limit switches.
Globe Valves
PVFF design and manufacture T-Type and Y-type globe valves with all end connections, Weld, threaded, flanged or Hub and in bonnet types of bolted, pressure seal or welded. All supplied with certificates and with or without NDE as required by the end user and/or per the requirements of its design standard.
Globe valves can be supplied with a Fixed, rotating or even throttling, needle, ball or parabolic disc configurations. All valves can be fitted with actuators, locking devices, position indicators, limit switches and/or bellows
Strainers
PVFF design and manufacture Strainers (Filters) with all end connection options, Weld, threaded, flanged or Hub. They can be Y-type, Basket type or Duplex with any perforation be it small or large. Larger strainers can be fabricated using forged quality components with a welded construction to approved procedures.
All strainers are supplied with fully traceable certificates and with or without NDE as required by the end user and/or per the requirements of its design standard.
Strainers can be supplied with differential gauges, magnetic elements, drain and/or vent points as well as lifting davits for large strainers.
Check Valves
PVFF design and manufacture Check valves with all end connection options, Weld, threaded, flanged, Wafer or Hub. They can be Piston, swing, ball, Nozzle, Tilting disc, wafer, wafer lugged, wafer flanged with either soft or metal seats
All valves are supplied with fully traceable certificates and with or without NDE as required by the end user and/or per the requirements of its design standard.
Check valves can be supplied for horizontal or vertical use with some available with outside levers, weights, dampers or limiting devices.
Instrumentation Valves

Over 40 years experience of painting valves and other products to demanding systems and specifications.
Machining
Our experienced work-force are capable of making valves from conceptual design, to any required modifications.
PMI Testing
We have our own hand held Positive Material Analyser for confirming all stainless steel grades, Inconels, Duplexes and more.
Welding
With three welders, one of whom is coded, we provide high standard welding on most material.
Valve Testing
We have four test rigs in constant use, testing valves from ¼” to 24” nominal bore.
